Lodging Options & Fees

Saratoga Springs Retreat Center is close to Upper Lake, CA, about two and a half hours north of San Francisco.  The Retreat Center is a charming facility with multiple lodging options.

Rooms and bath facilities in the lodge and cabins are shared with other SisterSpirit attendees—with exception of the private cabins. All beds have normal size mattresses, not the 1-1/2 inch thick youth camp versions!  

The following lodging options are first come, first serve. Some options may no longer be available by the time you register, but we will do our best to get you a great alternate spot.

Reserve Your Spot:

  1. Make your best lodging selection.
  2. Complete the online registration form.
  3. Pay the $130 non-refundable deposit.   Important: Be sure to check with your employer for the time off, as the deposit is not refundable regardless of reason.

Payment Options

After registering with the $130 deposit, you can make installments or pay the remaining balance at once. 

Final payment is due 8/30/17.  A late fee of $25 will apply if the balance is paid after 8/30/17.

You will receive an email confirming your registration and will be contacted if your requested lodging is unavailable or sold out.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration and request a refund for the registration fee (minus the $130 non-refundable deposit), send an email to marylynkirk@cslpeninsula.org on or before 8/30/17. Refunds are not available after 8/30/17, regardless of the cancellation reason. Refund processing may take up to four weeks.
