Registration for 2017 Fall SisterSpirit Retreat is now open!  The registration fee is all inclusive – food, lodging, retreat program, speaker fees, musician fees, materials, supplies for craft cabin and workshop supplies. Saratoga Springs Retreat Center is a charming facility with multiple lodging options. There are no private rooms, so the rooms/cabins are shared. In addition, the bathrooms in the main lodge and cabins are shared. Lodging choices are first come, first served. 

Once you make your selection, you will be directed to pay via PayPal or debit/credit card to hold your space.  After you click on “SUBMIT” you will receive an email confirming your registration. We will contact you if your requested lodging is unavailable or sold out. 

Make sure you check with your employer for time off prior to registering.  $130 of your registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, this deposit will be used for scholarships to help another woman attend.

  • Final registration payment is due 8/30/17.
  • A $25 late fee will be assessed for payments received after 8/30/17


To cancel your registration and request a refund for the registration fee (minus the $130 non-refundable deposit), send an email to marylynkirk@cslpeninsula.org on or before 8/30/17. Refunds are not available after 8/30/17, regardless of the cancellation reason. Refund processing may take up to four weeks.


There are many opportunities to bring your own personal sense of purpose and happiness to the retreat. While we understand that your first priority is to rest, relax, nurture and replenish your fabulous self, we also know that there are those who enjoy being of service and providing acts of kindness and selfless service to others. Please indicate on the registration form how you are called.  Examples below:

  • Parking Coordinator for arrivals
  • Sweat Lodge Fire Tender/Midwife
  • Chair set-up prior to Sessions
  • Smudging/water blessings prior to Sessions
  • Divine Expression Theater Assistant
  • Craft Cabin helper during Retreat
  • Packing up the Craft Yurt, Heart Lodge, Main Lodge, Nurture Nook
  • Loading up at the end of the Retreat


We welcome applications for Work Exchange Scholarships for SisterSpirit for those who are experiencing temporary financial need.  The application deadline for 2017 Fall SisterSpirit is August 9, 2017. For more information and a scholarship application, visit the Funding tab-Scholarships.


We would like to challenge you to become part of a special group of women who care so much about someone they DON’T know that they are willing to donate funds to assist other women with temporary financial challenges to attend SisterSpirit. We invite you to join our group of special angels who contribute to the SisterSpirit Scholarship Angel Fund. Be sure to start preparing your act, skit, song, poetry or special music for Divine Expression Theater (talent show) for Saturday evening.  Remember that there is a limit of 3 minutes per act. Signups for the Theater will take place at check-in when you arrive at Saratoga Springs Retreat Center, and the number of acts may be limited.  Remember, 3 minutes is the magic number per act.


We encourage carpooling to the retreat center.  You will save gas and have fun with a travelling companion. Just be sure to pay your share of the cost of the gas.  More information about carpooling is available on the SisterSpirit Facebook page.

Directions to Saratoga Springs and Suggested Packing List

Approximately one month prior to the retreat you will receive directions to the retreat center and a suggested packing list.
